IC INFORMATION
Characters Name: Shouichi Tsugami
Age: Mid-20s
Canon Point: Post-Series
Species: Human/Agito (Agito aren't so much being so much another species as it means, in Shouichi's canon, a type of human who has evolved and reached humanity's full potential. Without powers this doesn't really mean anything, with them it means he can turn into his Kamen Rider form.)
Gender: Male
Orientation: Despite his tendency to be a total housewife in terms of personality and actions, he's shown to have interest in at least couple of girls in the show, so heterosexual!

History: Shouichi @ Kamen Rider Wiki and Kamen Rider Agito @ Kamen Rider Wiki
Appearance: Shouichi, Shouichi as Agito
Personality:
Shouichi Tsugami is a fairly easygoing man. Actually, fairly might be something of an understatement here. Did you know that Shouichi Tsugami isn't even his real name? After being an amnesiac for two years and living under the wrong name, after finally recovering his memories, he decided to go with the flow rather than force a name no one knew on everyone he'd known as an amnesiac, adopting the name of his dead sister's also dead boyfriend as his own (though these thoughts never really went through his mind) rather than make a fuss over his real name. For the record, his "real" name is Tetsuya Sawaki.

That lone example speaks a lot about Shouichi, really. He's not someone to hold grudges, he's not someone to get angry or overreact, and he's not someone to at all be accusatory - the one and only exception being the mystery surrounding his sister's suicide, for obvious reason. He's befriended and worked alongside not one, not two, but three other Kamen Riders who likely would have killed him had the battles continued - and one of them very dearly wanted to do so, in fact. Other than the non-human beings he was forced to fight against again and again to protect his loved ones, Shouichi rarely shows dislike for anyone - it's simply beyond him. Even more impressive, despite these battles, he's still able to come home right after, put on a smile, and cook up a meal - maybe even clean the house while he's at it if he's got time!

When Shouichi isn't spending time chasing down bad guys, he's doing the things he loves best - cooking, cleaning, and gardening. Often with a spice of shopping. Even as an amnesiac, forgetting his adventures through chef school and the like, Shouichi was always excited to put some form of food together or another (though it came so much better to him after getting his memory back), and combined with his love of gardening, he liked putting quite the entrees together - from turnip stew to tomato cake and beyond. Cleaning would energize him to the point that he would often get the family he was staying with involved, and when it came to treating guests, it came as natural to him as breathing. As soon as someone entered his home, he was offering them a seat, tea, cakes, nuts, and all the hospitality they could possibly want. Or, as the case would have it, not want, but Shouichi's drive to be good at that kind of thing often surpassed that to the point it became a competition sometimes.

Shouichi's not exactly the most complex person in the world, but he's not a simpleton either. He will throw down when it comes to protecting those her cares about - the "place he belongs," and beyond being the polite housewife (to the point he's even said that's sort of what he's like himself), he can be fun, playful, and a great guy to be around overall. He's extremely devoted to whatever he does, though he can often get confused or miss the point of some things, often relating things back to his simpler worldview. (When asked by a police officer "What kind of lifestyle do you lead?" Shouichi essentially responded with the Japanese for a lifestyle that essentially means "to eat and crap!" with a chipper a smile as ever.)

After the events of the series, Shouichi was able to stop having to fight all the time, and was able to sink into a more easy-going lifestyle. He opened his own restaurant, called Agito, and is very happy with himself overall.
Abilites:
As stated before, up in the race section (as well as in the linked history), Shouichi is an Agito. Before transforming, these abilities are mostly limited to having a sixth sense to what Shouichi knows as "Unknowns," beings sent by the Overlord of Darkness, to hunt down and kill anyone who is or might become an Agito. This sense is extremely powerful (and mostly pointless outside and after the end of his series), and will tell Shouichi (or any other Agito) almost exactly where an Unknown is. Otherwise, aside from his ridiculous abilities when it comes to cooking, cleaning, gardening, shopping, and the occasional fighting evil monsters, as a human he doesn't have many other powers.

After transforming into Agito (which can be done simply by calling his transformation belt, which is... inside of him?, at will), Shouichi then has access to a number of powers. Enhanced strength, enhanced speed, and all the usual things. He can transform not only into a number of different enhanced versions of his basic form, granting him different weapons and further enhanced strength, but he can transform even further into a Burning form and then a Shining form, giving him new weapons and power like he's never experienced. When riding a motorcycle, it should be noted that when transforming on a motorcycle, the motorcycle will transform into an Agito-themed motorcycle as well - and, spread through him, it will have the power to turn into a high speed hovercraft.
Other: None!

SAMPLES
First Person:
[If one were to enter the local bakery-slash-restaurant this afternoon, they would find one Shouichi Tsugami hard at work, cooking/friending up a storm. If one weren't, well, Shouichi's had the brilliant idea to make a commercial for the shop, and has set his cell phone to record the on-goings. Let's watch.]

Hello! Just sit down-- Would you like some tea?

[Before the elderly woman can answer, Shouichi is off! Soon he returns with tea and some cake, leaving the woman pleasantly satisfied.]

Oh, you don't need to thank me! It's what I'm working here to do, hehe. Now can I take your order? Aaah, just a sandwich? Alright, then I'll make sure it's just a bit bigger for you, okay?

Be right back with that!

[Grinning widely, Shouichi finally approaches the camera and gives it a thumbs up.]

Hello, everyone! I'm Shouichi Tsugami. If you're ever hungry, or even if you just need a little bit of bread or a drink, just stop by the-- [off screen, just as Shouichi was to give the title of his place of work, something seems to be tipping dangerously... Shouichi's eyes widen and his "commercial" is completely forgotten as he dashes off-screen.] A-Ah, no, don't do that--! It'll...

[CRASH]

... aaaah... I'd better clean that up...

[... Camera still rolling, there is half an hour footage of Shouichi cleaning and then returning to work before the battery finally turns off. Sure hope he remembers to pick it back up.]

Third Person:
Alone in the kitchen stood Shouichi Tsugami, hard at work washing his vegetables and preparing everything else he would need for the night's dinner. Wearing an apron over his usual clothes, despite how he had only been here for two days, the man looked for everything in the world like he was totally at home and at peace with himself.

Truth be told, Shouichi really didn't mind Holly Heights. He'd been plopped into a nice house with a new family, had access to everything you really needed in life, and overall, had it pretty good. He couldn't complain much. The truth was, aside from the fact that he could still remember everything about his life, this was a lot like how things had started after the Akatsuki-gou incident for him. He supposed that had advantages and disadvantages, but was it worth worrying about?

True, he wouldn't want to give up his friendships and everything that had happened. He supposed that was a normal sentiment, but with how easy he had gotten by the first time... Maybe that was a bad thing? He wasn't sure.

"... I suppose I'll just have to remember not to forget again!" Shrugging the thoughts off, the ex-amnesiac smiled brightly, turning off the sink and setting the vegetables to the side. With that done, he dried his hands and got to work on the eggs.

He was quiet for the rest of his task, a cheerful look on his face all throughout. If this was his family now, then he'd have to treat them like it - and that meant only the best!

Finally, he wiped his hands and grinned, looking down at his accomplishment. He turned to the hallway, taking off his apron and stretching his arms.

"Everybody, come and get iiiiit!!"

OTHER
Housing Request?: None in particular, but it'd be a lot of fun if he ends up with people who aren't good at... anything, as far as taking care of the house and such goes. He reeeaaally loves playing the housewife.
Did you read the rules and FAQ?: Yes I did! So no need to swear to God and kill me.
