Date: 2012-06-05 05:24 am (UTC)I have a few questions for you. No, it is not regarding the quality of food, safety, or sanitary measures of your restaurant. Rather, they regard how your business came to be.
Did you construct the building yourself? If not, was the building vacant or owned by another business before you claimed ownership?
If 'no', 'I don't know', or 'not applicable' to the above, how did you know where the restaurant was to be located?
When were you notified that the business or building was available for claim?
Did you have to purchase it either from the previous owner, the Landlord, or was it free?
Does your business currently come with any employees other than yourself? If so, are they from the town or other residents?
Did you contact the Landlord before you began this restaurant?
